Hi! I'm Natalie. For most of my life, fitness wasn’t something I forced myself to do — it was something I loved. I thrived on the routine, the structure, and the confidence that came from feeling strong and energized.
Being Fitoxicated is that unstoppable, feel-good momentum you get when fitness becomes part of who you are, not just something you do.
But as I moved into my mid-40s, I realized something had changed. The motivation I once relied on wasn’t as easy to find. Life responsibilities grew, schedules became more demanding, and workouts started feeling like something I should do rather than something I genuinely looked forward to.
I missed the energy.
I missed the confidence.
I missed feeling strong in my own body.
Over the span of ten years, I went from a size 10 to a size 22. That shift was both physically and emotionally challenging, and it became a turning point for me. In 2025, I decided to rebuild my fitness journey — not by chasing who I used to be, but by discovering what fitness looks like in this stage of life.
That’s when Get Fitoxicated was born.
Today, as a woman over 50 navigating multiple health challenges, I focus on sustainable fitness routines, recovery tools, strength training, and wellness products that support long-term health, energy, and confidence. I research, test, and share products and strategies that make fitness realistic, achievable, and enjoyable for real life — especially for those of us redefining fitness after 50.
My goal is to help others rediscover their spark and build fitness habits that truly fit their lives.
Because fitness isn’t about perfection — it’s about rediscovering the strength, energy, and confidence that comes from feeling Fitoxicated again.
